Betty-Jo Corridon likes to be busy. “I can’t just sit and veg,” she said. “It was going to be very hard for me to retire from teaching because I loved it.” She started teaching at Miller School in 1974, half-time, fourth grade. “We like to think of it still as Miller School,” she said. “We’re very loyal.”
